Account Banned - Can you move GM?

I got my account banned for buying gold. Which I totally deserved and I once again apologize for! Is there anyway you can move GM from that banned toon to a different toon?

Char: Tankier
Server: Horde PvP

New Char: Tryckster
Guild: Story Time
