CoD for 5 gold, only received 5 copper

I sold an item and sent it as CoD for 5 gold and I guess there was a mix up in the mail system and I only received 5 copper back in the mail. How do I go about getting this issue addressed or looked into? The GM system in game does not seem to work.

the only way I could see this happening is you accidentally sending it for 5 copper instead of 5 gold.

They won't restore the gold either way.

You could have farmed the gold back for the time invested in coming here to make a post and messing around with in-game tickets.

Double check your mail when sending.

The Nost website is pretty clear that GMs don't help with these kinds of issues.

And making the kind of post you made is not advisable, because it just encourages abusive replies.

I had over a thousand stolen off my account. They wouldn't give any of it back. I wouldn't hold out much hope for your 5. In truth you can have full raid geared 60s get sharded off or deleted and that still wouldn't get restored under any circumstance or situation. They simply don't care at all about you. They'll just assume you shared your information or tried to sell the account and say "tough luck". They have a thriving monopoly, and don't have to care about anyone they lose.
