Hi,GM , first of all I am a player that follow the rules of the game, many players are attracted by the charm of your server
why is my game account disabled?.Sometimes I log on to VPN, sometimes not.

Your acount has never been banned. You may have tried to login with an incorrect password too many times. Try again, using the correct password. If you cannot get it, try changing your password at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

Note that if your account has been hacked and someone has changed the password on it, you should review your security practices - especially since this would mean they hacked your E-mail as well.

Note that you should never put your account name or E-mail into forum posts. I've listed the name of one of the chars on your account, please verify that this is correct.
