Zeppelin crash problem

I just took a zeppelin from Gromgol to Undercity with my character Pahahippi lvl 36 warlock (horde).
The game crashed after i entered tirisfal glades. (I'm using macbook pro btw.)
When I logged back in my character just started falling from the sky above STV at some random location...
This same "bug" happened to my other character lvl 39 rogue Hofnar (horde) about a month ago and i got banned for "hacking". How can i avoid getting banned again for false reasons? Can you look to this problem?
