bugged while doing MC

we were raiding MC today but after we down ragnaros, the server shut down and a roll back happaned. then we found that we lost two netherwind pants, they were already looted and two mages in our guild got the items before the roll back happened. we got the screen shot of the lost loot,too. so , we wanna know how can we deal with it. Thank you.
