Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I called a GM named Níthael a fuckboy for telling me that he was deleting my guild and character w/o refund.

I was that my character name, Slutboi, was against the rules and would have to be changed, the only way of doing so assumedly being to delete my character, and so I said, 'well I would like a refund for this and the deletion of my guild', the GM said, 'no refunds'.

When I said that I didn't see how on earth my name out of all the other offensive names and guild names on Nostalrius was in such need of being deleted, like for example the popular, 'your mothers a horde', which according to the rules classifies as an insult under the naming policy and should thus not be allowed, the admin refused to respond and said that my character would soon be removed. This is when I called the admin a fuck boy and was then banned for 4 days.

I believe that my response was entirely reasonable given the circumstances.

All in all a very disappointing handling of this situation by Nostalrius staff and I honestly don't see myself returning to this server when my main character, a level 36 has just been deleted.

Perhaps that should have been made apparent by the admin to someone who has never been in said situation before.

How else can you force the player to change the character's name without deleting the character or abandoning them?

Anyhow I think such a response was entirely reasonable when I have invested my time into providing to the server my playtime and thus furthering the Nostalrius community out of the good will of my generous heart. To then be betrayed by such a community in as heinous a manner as this is unthinkable, unbearable if you will. The admin was very callous with me and did not explain much of anything. If maybe the admin had been competent enough to tell individuals that their accounts are not BEING DELETED he would not have received any form of vulgar response.

This seems like it was handled very poorly by the staff member who banned you.
I mean.. It is a known fact that "Slutboi" has lost his spinal cord in a recent skiing accident. He literally can't do anything else but play on his laptop, and he can barely manage.

He is also on medication and it is very possible that he did not take his meds this evening, causing anger to rise swiftly and without mercy.

Admins.. Sure, it was wrong of him to insult the staff member like that.. But was it really his fault? No. It wasn't. Give him another chance, it is probably the only thing that keeps him going in life.

You clearly haven't read anything here. It was not the real "Slutboi" talking, it was the lack of medicine.
