It doesn't look very good for your characters I am afraid. As far as I know Game Masters never restore deleted characters.
Also it sounds like you have been sharing your account and that's = permanent ban.

GM's never restore deleted characters, but IF they did, they would have to ban your account for account sharing.

You learned it the hard way: do not share your account.

You can start a new account, but keep account name and password for yourself.
