Does anyone know why considering I have all the items required I can't hand in the quest I have picked it up. I have all the mats, but the questionmark is grey.

Make sure that none of the items are in bank. If you have all the items in your bags, please abandon the quest and retake it. If that doesn't fix it, you must close your client and delete the WDB folder.
