Can't douse Magmadar rune in MC - PvE realm Raid ID 4486

I already openend a ticket for this on my character Soullock (PvE realm alliance side) 13 hours ago but did not receive an answer yet. Yesterday we <Against All Odds> were in MC but couldn't douse the Magmadar rune after we killed him. We doused all other runes with no problem, but now we are stuck because there is no Majordomo to continue.
Normally when you mouseover the rune you get a little cogwheel icon, but that wasn't the case for the Magmadar rune. You usually could also rightclick the water in your inventory and then click the rune, but not this time. Nothing worked, multiple people with water in their inventory tried it without success. It appeared as if the rune was only grahpically there but not physically (not targetable).
Can a GM please douse the Magamdar rune for us so we can clear MC? As mentioned our raid ID is 4486. Many thanks!
