I want report a bug that when my friend pick up the dagger [Alcor's Sunrazor] form mail box . Then it bind with her. she didnt even use it.

It's not a bug, Alcor's sunrazor was recently changed from being BoE to being BoP.

I assume you send it in mail when it was still BoE, but now it's BoP.

The gold is gone, unfortunately. Staff does not replace any gold, items whatsoever.

She was extremely unlucky with the timing on that buy, but there's nothing she can do now. Gotta suck it up and grind the gold back in.
