hunter pet feeding

Im leveling a hunter and I seriously have to feed my pet every 2 min its getting quite costly right. I have lost my pet in instance because i go though 40 pieces of meat for my pet lvl and running out before i make it to the end.

it depends on your pet's loyalty level

Yep, that's normal. You gotta feed it alot and let the satisfaction go up.

Suggestion
Learn cooking now skill it up as far as possible with meat recipes.
While u do that
1 U always have meat
2 Your pet loyality goes up

you will find once your pet is Loyal, you wll only every have to feed it every 2-3 hours or when it dies. Early on is a pain in the backside though.
