Priest MCing Ratchet Flight Master

There is a priest that mind controlled the flight master in Ratchet far enough away from his spawn point that players cannot (if they find him) use the flight master. He won't leash back to his point, and since he isn't dead, will not respawn either. This requires a GM to reset the flight master. Attached are some screenshots he posted online, as well as one I took of him while he was trying to move another NPC.
