I have 85 lockpicking skill, and i cant practice on the lock in the sludgefen tower (as horde) also there are no boxes in lake everstill... There is no way i can lvl my lockpicking without buying boxes.. this is not how its intended to be, please help!

It's supposed to be super hard to level up or else everyone would do it and it would have no value.
