Stuck in Crossroads

Hello! My character Slowbro is stuck near the entrance to Crossroads. I submitted a ticket and it looks like it's been accepted, but I'm still stuck and do not know if the ticket has actually gone through or not. I apologize if this forum post is unnecessary.

I contacted you shortly after you made the ticket, but you had gone afk and eventually logued off, now you are off again. If the problem persists please log on another character and back on your main, if that doesn't work then make a new in-game ticket.
