Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Really not sure what the cause of this is.
As the title says, my game freezes for 2 seconds exactly (yes I timed it several times) when I drop combat. Every time I drop combat. I have leveled 55 levels and the game was perfect for 52 of those levels. It started happening a few days ago. I haven't changed anything in the game so Im not sure what the cause is. Anyone know the issue?

Well after a very annoying past week, the issue seems to have stopped.

Only thing I did was delete the addon's that were already disabled from the wow folder. Could this have actually been the issue? I didn't know disabled addon's still have an effect on gameplay.
