log off alive not in combat-come back dead?

So...ya... i was not in pvp combat nor agro with a mob but i came back dead after logging back on? what gives? like i like coming back to a 10 minute walk back to my body i shouldn't have had to deal with.....

Does your combatlog say anything?
1 maybe logged out on a mobspawn point

iv noticed when loggin off your character remains ingame about another minute so try loggin out ina safe area.
