What help do you expect when you don't post a character name?

Also note that account security is your responsibility. If the hacker has performed illegal actions on your account, such as hacking or gold selling, then these actions will be threatened as done by the owner (=you), and account will remain banned.

Character name is Distrust. This JUST happened. I was constantly being logged out and I cannot find where to change the in game login information outside of the game.
