NPC: Reginald Windsor
When Reginald Windsor was walking to Stormwind Keep he stopped and he disappear, so I abandoned the quest and I cant accept the mission again because he don't appear. PLS HELP

Close your client, delete your WDB folder, come back and go talk to Squire Rowe. If you cannot talk to him, make an in-game ticket.
