I would like to say that my main goal in this thread is not to get him in trouble
1. It is to spread awareness so no other players have to deal with them like this.
2. To ensure other players CANNOT GET HARASSED LIKE WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS THREAD
3. To alert the GMs of whats going on, and most importantly,
4. TO GET MY ITEM BACK FROM THEM!
IF WE DO NOT STOP THIS NOW THAT DEEMS IT APPROPRIATE FOR ALL PLAYERS TO DO THIS,
CAUSING MORE TICKETS, MORE PROBLEMS, AND TIME AND RESOURCES BEING SPENT!
If this guy gets away with
A.Physical harrasment
B.Verbal harrasment
C.Trade scamming
D.Multi Boxing,
It shows the stance on this servers policys and this outcome will reflect on what the GM's say is ok to do on this server. NO PLAYER ON ANY SERVER SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH WHAT WE ARE GOING THROUGH IN THIS THREAD.

Last night, 3/13, me and my brother were lvling & my brother was trying to sell this item, it was a blue BOE cloak, and this guy named nuke starts messaging him.
This guy starts trying to intimidate him into selling the item for much lower than what its worth, and my brother would not sell the item to him.
He started saying how he has been working the AH for 10 years now, and that he should listen to him and sell him the item. He starts saying he has over 6 of these cloaks and that he gouges the market.
My brother tells him no and he starts verbally harrasing my brother, so he puts him on ignore. He started calling him stuff like "mother fucker, fucking idiot, ect, ect.
10 Minutes later my brother gets a message for a different player, cheemo, who is a 40 something player, and he offers 15g for the item claiming he has an 18 rogue, 15 g which was the asking price, he claims that he cannot pick up the item in person because he is a in ZF group, so he sends the item to Cheemo, and Cheemo asks, did you cod the item?
He replys yes to Cheemo, then Cheemo says, unignore nuke, PROVING THAT THEY WERE TOGETHER, then goes offline with the item in his mailbox so that my brother couldn't keep undercutting him in prices.
We have still not gotten the item back from these guys.
If I Didn't know any better I'd say it is 1 guy being smart and dual boxing, they are in the same area constantly.
He might have just dual boxxed onto cheemo and messaged me on there, im willing to bet they share an IP address.
These people teamed up to eliminate the battle for the market price on this item by abusing the COD system in the mail, that can't be allowed? So now we have to wait 30 days to get the item back.
He is now harassing my guild mates and saying vulgar things to them trying to get us kicked out and insulting the guild as a whole.
YOU TELL ME THEY ARE NOT FRIENDS LOOK AT THIS SCREENSHOT TAKEN THE DAY AFTER:
We caught him red handed in association with his teammate and now that we have him in a bind he has noone to blame but everyone else rather than owning up to what he did.
Hes now counter reporting us for harassment which is ridiculous seeing as how we were his victims,
THIS IS A CLOSED COMMUNITY PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT.
3/14 the day after:
This is now turning into physical and verbal harrassment, they are banning me and everyone in my group from the world chat to make lfg a mission, and they are messaging my guild master and members AGAIN.
they are now targeting people in my group so that I cant look for group
They are targeting my guild and guild mates,
this is turning into harrassment.
BASICALLY A ADMITTANCE HERE THESE ARE PICS SENT TO MY GUILD MATES:

0 TIMES BECAUSE IM NOT THAT IMMATURE.

After i created this post he has bugged me in world chat now,
A. he has banned me and my group from world chat
B. he is claming to get me "black listed"
C. comes into my post in the forums and makes awful posts that don't defend him in one bit
D. Harrasses my guild mates
E. Lets not forget before these points this is a SCAM report not even a harrassment report he turned it into it.
Do you know why he decides to stick to his guild and harass us?
Because he has no proof thats why he isnt here on the forums hes playing
HE SAID SHE SAID with no evidence and nothing to back him up with evidence pointed against him.
HAS THIS GONE FAR ENOUGH YET?
Is this the kind of behavior that the guild Convulsion approves of?

I have been a GM on a pre-bc server for a long time and you guys are seriously LOUSY at this.
I would never respond to a player the way you guys are without getting ripped a new one by the boss.
