Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Dear Nostalrius Crew

On February 28th 20:44 CET my guild Random killed Ragnaros. Shortly after the server went down, and when the server came back up and we logged in, the corpse of Ragnaros had disapeared and we couldnt get the remaining 4 pieces of loot. Below i have attached evidence of the issue. We understand these issues takes time and effort to resolve, so we have armed ourselves with patience and hope you can help us obtain the lost epics.

If you decide you are able to help us out, the distribution of the loot would have been the following:
Dragon's Blood Cape would have gone to Raquel
Perdition's Blade would have gone to Coßra
Leggings of Transcendence would have gone to Cubbe
Netherwind Pants would have gone to Viburn

2nd Edit:
I noticed the in-game raid ID is 1816, but the Raid ID on raidstats is 1913. I have no idea why this is.

III. Character/Currency/Item restoration

Nostalrius staff will not recover any lost characters, regardless of circumstances. We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

We will not restore the lost loot if the ticket does not meet all the requirements. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.

• Exact date of the raid;
• Screenshot of the raid ID;
• Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
• Name of the player who received the item.
