Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I just finished the quest "The Calling" and the follow up quest "Armaments of War" isn't showing up for me.

They took it out a couple weeks ago because it was broken.
No idea when it will be back in - 1.9 maybe. No official announcement I've seen...
