The wording "Chinamen" is derogatory when used in most situations.
When you created this thread you had a choice to make an serious thread-title named for example "Reporting player for exploiting pet-bug" or similar. Instead you choose to use the wording "Ban chinamen" and there is no doubt you use this wording in a derogatory way.
You should change the title of your thread.
Anyway, if you want to report a player for exploiting bugs in game you need to report that player to a Game Master in-game.

3. Choose "STUCK" (Yes, even if you are not stuck, choose this for

4. Click "Still not working, Page a GM".
5. Write ticket. Attach as much information and evidence as possible.
