Onyxia's Attunement chain might be bugged?.

Hello guys,

As far as I know I am the only one suffering from this bug. I checked the bug tracker, created a in-game ticket (which directed to post my issues here), and looked at these forums and nothing i could find. Hopefully someone can offer me some help here.

After doing all the Windsor quest chains that lead you over to SW, you reveal The Great Masquerade. Right after that, Bolvar gives you a quest called The Dragon's eye. In addition to that, Bolvar is supposed to provide a Fragment called "Fragment of the Dragon's eye", this item is not provided to me. As a result, I'm not able to continue the chain. I have tried to drop the quest and pick it back up and nothing, he still not providing the quest item.

Also, I went to Hailee over at Wintersprings to see if I could turn it in anyways and the npc did not allow me to continue the chain since, again, i don't have the fragment.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
