Graphical/Display Distortion

Hey all,

So I had the game installed for awhile, then it suddenly started displaying like in the screenshot below. I've tried deleting folders, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, trying different display settings, nothing helps the problem. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

That looks like a 3D option somewhere in your drivers
