Can not train now spells in lvl 30

I am unable to train new spells in lvl 30 on my 30 shaman and also on my 31 rogue.
I have tried every possible class trainer, and it just seems like lvl 30 training is not there.
The abilities of lvl 28 are there then it is a jump to lvl 32.

If there is anything that can be done please help me.

Try deleting your WDB folder. Then restart your game.
