Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

For whatever reason, I'm unable to train blink on my mage alt. I'm level 24, but the spell isn't available from any of the spell trainers. I haven't trained it already. Is this a known bug?

Try deleting your WDB folder and relogging.
