Abuse of Deserter ->Exploit

Hello,

This happened several times in Battlegrounds against Premade Groups. They camp the graveyard and use Mindcontrol or the engineering Mind Control Cap to run players outside the battleground portal to give them the Deserter Debuff. I already talked to a GM about this and he couldn´t help me and send me to the forum. He means it´s a clever useage of a Spell.
I agree with him, it´s a clever useage of a spell, but it abuses the Deserter Mechanic. The Deserter Mechanic was made to punish Battlegound leavers from the own fraction. It was certainly not created to let players from the other fraction give you that Debuff and preventing you to join Battlegrounds for 15 minutes.

The Definition of an exploit: "An exploit is a method of playing the game in a way not intended by the game developers to gain an advantage over other players."
In my eyes this is an exploit because:
1. Abuse of Deserter Mechanic
2. The victims get a disadvantage by not getting honor for 15 minutes on the other side the causer getting 15 mintues more honor.

I´m interested in your opinions.

It is allowed to mind-control players out of the battleground portal on Nostalrius so it's not an exploit.

You did not get banned for Mind Controling a player out of the BG Portal. This is allowed.
