They're spamming capital city chats like fucking mad and my ignore list is full.
Do something about it, as all shit I've reported ingame doesn't lead anywhere and same goldseller bank-alts keep spamming all day, all night.

The real question here is if these players are breaking the rules. Is /say a public chat? I can't find any facts about that. If it is, well then they have broken the rules and you could create an in-game ticket and report them. But you know all this, don't you, and you just like to use the word "Chinamen" as much as possible...

Oh...I keep seeing the blank textbox and wondered why it was blank...I guess it's a ctrl+v anti-spam. But that shit can be annoying.

It's when they are typing unrecognised characters into chat, so they are using a modified game client, should be bannable imo
