Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, I've been trying to do [60+] In Dreams since yesterday but it can't be completed at the moment. When you escort him out and he reaches the tower, nothing happens, he just stands there and do nothing at all. Some people say that they can't even pick up this quest. No one can complete it at the moment and I think he needs a reset or something. I've put up a ticket but haven't got any answer, so I'm trying here. Sorry if this post is on a wrong section, but yeah..

It seems to happen when someone turns in the quest to start the escort while he is already being escorted. This can be reset by a GM but only through in-game tickets from my understanding. Happened to me a couple months ago.
