Twitch Stream Problem

Hi!
I can't add my stream on the website. Everytime I try it I get the error message: This stream is already registered!
What am I doing wrong?
I hope you understand, english is not my native language.

Okay, then probably no one has any idea why this might be. I keep trying, someday I'll be lucky

If it is saying that the stream is already registered it is probably because it is!
The next step is to put "Nostalrius" in your stream status/title and it will appear in their stream list.

I have Nostalrius in my stream title. For example if I play my hunter: [GER/ENG] Leveling Troll Hunter WoW @ Nostalrius PvE.
General question: Do I have to add my stream everytime, when I'm online in Twitch? Or only once and my stream appears everytime, when I'm online in Twitch?

It appears automatically after you added it on the website or got "Nostalrius" in the title.
