Mouse won't work

The cursor in game won't move, but mouse actually does because I can highlight things. I have seen this problem in the forums before, but my computer does not have the hardware acceleration option.

Disable hardware acceleration or turn it on if it was disabled. Disable any custom mouse cursors.
