Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I've been stuck with deserter for 2 weeks and been trying to get help over the last 5 days but haven't had the time to stay on long enough for my ticket to get answered, also i just logged in for the first time last week in a few months ,basically I'm hoping this will be better then sitting waiting for my ticket to be answered, also i know other people have had this same problem as i was talking to someone earlier. He was saying that people were having similar problems with res sickness where someone was stuck with 30 days instead of 30 minutes of res sickness which is just ridiculous.

So what i'm thinking what happened is that i may have left in the middle of battleground i was playing which was a while ago at least a few months ago and is somehow just now processing my BG deserter and some how gave me 15 days instead of 15 minutes.
