Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello Team,

I don't know if you help players with such issues, but here goes..

I was Master looter on Rend boss (in UBRS) and Dragonskin Cowl of Fire Resistance dropped from Gyth. Before I attempted to distribute the loot, I disenchanted the rewards from Rend, as noone needed them and the guys preferred shards. However, upon disenchanting, the box with the Brilliant Shard remained open, even though the Brilliant Shard was already in my inventory (a common bug based on my experience).

Unfortunately, while the box wasn't closing, I tried opening Gyth's corpse to check and distribute the loot accordingly. Regretfully, the moment I opened his corpse, the item mentioned above directly went to my Inventory, without giving me an option to select to whom should it go to.

Based on this, I basically robbed another player in our raid - Deathmagix of the item he needed.

I am including a SS, showing the exact moment the Large Brilliant shard was looted by me, and immediately after I received the Dragonskin Cowl of Fire Resistance without any intention of doing so (or any option to do something differently).

As I said, I doubt you have time to handle such insignificant requests, but I am obliged to try and make things right with Deathmagix.

So if it would be possible, we both would be immensely grateful, if you can remove the item (Dragonskin Cowl of Fire Resistance) from my Character's inventory - Steffania (Horde, PVP) and somehow award it to its rightful owner - Deathmagix.

Gamemasters do not redistribute loot.

if you encounter that bug again just drop the disenchanted item (destroy it) and the lootbox will disappear. so you dont have to relog

Unfortunatlt the Game Masters on Nostalrius have made it very clear that they do not fix Loot mistakes.

We do not fix looting mistakes - whether because you rolled Need over Greed, ML an item to the wrong person or, like in your case, selected the "wrong" quest reward.

The GM team.

The only time they will do this is when it's epic raid-loot and server crashed.

Yes, I understand that completely. But this wasn't a looting mistake. It was a looting bug.

I was Master Looter, but I did NOT select my character by mistake in order to award the item to myself. I was never given a chance to distribute the loot - it directly transferred to my inventory (along with the bugged Shard closing), as if I shift-clicked a corpse on FFA loot type.

I'm certain there is a huge difference between the above scenario and a "looting mistake".
