Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

After taking a 9~ month break from Nostalrius my main on the PVP server (an UD Rouge named Skeletonman) is nowhere to be seen on my account. When I attempted to create another character with the same name I was told that the name was unavailable, is there any way for it to be seen what happened to my character, whether I was hacked or if he was deleted for inactivity?

I went to check the account today on the PVP server and the only character I was able to see was a test level 1 UD I made to see if I needed to refresh the character list. Nothing I have done has made the character materialize and this is the only account I have ever made on Nostalrius. Would there be any complications with the fact that the email I used to register the account (the college email of a university I no longer attend) is no longer be in service, even though I have not had trouble remembering the password to enter my account.
I was also wondering if it might be possible to reset my account's email if I could provide sufficient information on my behalf as I had stated that the university email I registered with is no longer in service since I transferred from the affiliated school.


I apologize for the multiple posts regarding this issue, this is the first time I've had trouble playing on Nost and I have never had to seek help on forums, and was unfamiliar with how posts needed to be authorized.

EDIT: It looks like the image is too large to attach no matter how much I drop the quality, but I have it if it can be pm'd or sent any other way. Mainly my question is if it can be seen that Skeletonman is on the same account as this fresh level 1.
