Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello,

Back at level 20 I did the quest "Arcane Feedback" from Brother Joshua in Stormwind which was supposed to reward me with Feedback rank 1. But I did not receive it. Now I'm 30+ and I can't train rank 2 because I never received rank 1. I saw another forum post about it and deleted my WDB folder as it suggested but that didn't work. I also submitted a ticket in game but the GM told me I was supposed to only get 1 racial - Desperate Prayer. I researched it and my human priest is definitely supposed to get a second racial... I spoke to other priests on the server and they say it takes a GM to get the spell on your character. Help?

You are definitely right, you should be getting TWO racials.
