/who interface keeps appearing

Dunno why but it keeps appearing and it's very annoying. Dunno what triggers it, I did unbind the button for social menu.

maybe it's an addon? prat maybe?

It could possibly be one of your addons. I would try disabling any chat related addons first and playing for 15-20 minutes and see if that fixes your issue.

This happened to me too yesterday. I dont know if it still happens today, as I didnt played yet. Every 5 sec there was 3 players name /always the same/ in the chat, like if I shift click on his name. It was pretty annoying

The addon Call too Arms has this issue, its an addon that lets you use an LFG system, try disabeling any afddons of that sort.

Try disabling all addons and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, enable them one by one and eventually you will come across the one that is causing the issue.
