Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

After updating to windows 10 when i entered WoW my game screen bacame blurry and a box pop up that says:
World of Warcraft
Rating: Excellent
Options>Graphics>Liquid Detail=Fair
Press Ctrl+Alt+ Insert - to toggle this info

Tried reinstalling the game didn't work.
Any help?

Try going into the options and changing the resolution, applying it, than changing back. If that doesn't work try changing it to windowed mode, applying the change, and then back to what you had it as default.

Try those two things and let me know if it fixes it.

I am not able to upload pictures here don't know why (first time on the forum ) but i can write down what it says:

Resolution 1680x1050
Refresh 60hz
Multisampling 24-bit color 24-bit depth 1x multisample

Terrain Distance High
Terrain Texture High
Spell Detail High
Enviroment Detail High
Texture Detail High
Weather Intensity High
Anisotropic Filtering Low

[Check] Use Desktop gamma

And in shaders other than Smooth Shading- Triple Buffering- Cinematic Subtitles- Smooth Mouse all the other are checked

It is actually the default settings I got after I reinstallted the only thing i changed was the resolution. Hope that helps.

Try changing the refresh rate of the game itself and see if that fixes it. Doing a little research it could be any number of things so it might be a little difficult to pinpoint the direct cause.

Also try disabling Anisotropic Filtering and see if that fixes your issue.

Lastly, what graphics card are you using? Do you have the most up-to-date drivers installed?

GeForce GTX 650 and yes I have all the updates.

Didn't work again.

I should probably clarify it that it isn't exactly blurry it's more like the colors are messed up and every player and Npc are like they have after images I don't know how to best explain it I guess a photo would but i don't know why I can't post one.

Make sure you don't have FXAA enabled globally in the NVIDIA control panel.

Too much FXAA can cause it to blur the game is old and the 760 can pump out more than needed on AA

I've seen the same issue three times now, not entirey clear if this is a universal fix. Also worth noting, others tried taking screenshots but it wouldn't show the problem because it is only rendered in real time and not capturable somehow.
