Items showing wrong stats HELP

About a week ago it was brought to my attention that most of the items I was using and seeing were not showing the proper stats. i.e. Deathbringer showing only 46.4 DPS, Might Set not showing it has any defense, Medallion of Steadfast Might showing 8str 10 sta 1% dodge and 12 def, etc, etc.... At first I tried deleteing my WDB folder, nothing changed, then I tried deleting WDB and WTF folder. Again nothing changed. Then I tried deleting WDB, WTF and my addons. Nothing changed again. Yesterday I tried a fresh download and install of the game and its still not showing the proper stats.

What can I or do I need to do to fix this? Its hard to optimize my character when nothing I am seeing has its correct stats on it.

A good example of what he says are the Zandalar token reward items. Example (from my Hunter's POV):

The version of the items which is in force and used by Nostalrius is the bottom one and NOT the top one as displayed in the database.

I was able to verify this by using the Theorycraft addon, i.e. the belt actually increases arcane spell damage and doesn't grant you 1% to hit.
