Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

To start with the account was suposed to be for a friend, he tried to create it but it didn't happen. Afterwards I tried to do that without any succes. I contacted GM in game who said that there is a limit of 2 acc per account. So I tried different proxys, my phone and few other friends. Contacted GM again so he tried to create account and there was no effect. He told me to make a post so there it is.
