I need help from a GM to change my account name or delete the accout or change the email.
I have created an account on the site but I put the username with 20 characters long and on the game I can only use 16 so I can't really login to play and I want to use the email that I registered on that account.

You can use the same email for more than one account. I have two accounts with the same email.

Oh strange. It works for me.

Are you using Gmail by any chance? If so, you can easy make aliases by adding "+example" at the end. Like "[email protected]" and "[email protected]".

This is not caused by a duplicate email address, but the accounts-per-IP restriction: you can only create two accounts per IP address.

What you can do is to register a new account from another IP address (VPN or even your smartphone) - this will work, also with the same email address.

Note that the restriction only limits creating accounts - not playing them from same IP.
