3 years ago, I was playing on Nostalrius before the server shut down.
Almost all members of my old guild "Les Bras Cassés" have transferred their account on NostalGeek.
I thought mine was too but it seems that it hadn't work.

I was wondering if there is a backup of the old server or a copy of the database somewhere and in the affirmative, if it will be possible to get my character back and transfer it to NostalGeek server.

It's a gnome warlock lvl 60 named Exotium.

Before Nostalrius released they had multiple character wipes, thus you can't have your Beta character anymore.

I never heard that Nostalrius did offer to copy/transfer your characters to another Private server, I don't think they did.

Also, they don't restore characters in general.
