Long story short. Somewhere on a different site, people shared the same login credentials as here. the site is still secure, there was just a brute force of one or more (no more than the lockout which was 5 iirc) password attempts on each account from leaked databases elsewhere. Make sure your account is safe, follow the below link to make sure your password is not susceptible.
