Fact and scamming. Make in game-ticket (In-game ticket: Red question mark -> Stuck -> Still stuck, page a GM. Write your issue out and link screenshots or video if necessary) because that is scamming and is bannable on Nostalrius.

If it doesn't have a Blizzard logo on the background of the parchment, it's a scam.

@Wrathran : With some NPCs, like cenarion circle NPCs, you can hit them, keep aggro and kite them in order to stuck the NPC elsewhere.
I have seen this in moonglade with the NPC Lorelae Wintersong (hardly camped by horde and alli for her recipes).
She was stuck by an alli under the bridge, under water, after he has log off.

What you describe is probably against the rules but I am not 100% sure. They may kill the NPC for up to 24h (this is written in the rules) and camp the whole area but I don't think it's allowed to kite away NPC's and make the glitch like that. Same with flight masters, you can kill them and camp the area but you may not make the NPC glitch so no one can use it after you leave.

I have seen this with flight masters too.
