Multi-boxing rule clarification (cross faction transfers)

Hi,

I'd like to transfer gold and possibly items across factions to support an alt. I understand it is allowed to use the neutral AH to do so but I was wondering what the rules were re: using two accounts to conduct the transfer myself. I don't know anyone that can help me with it so the only way I can think of doing it is to use two separate accounts. Is this against the rules if both characters are in town and interacting with nothing but my own auction?

Using the Neutral AH with Multiboxing is not allowed.

Also, if a GM can tell me if multiboxing isn't allowed, then is just using two accounts in general (but not logged on at the same time) against the rules of neutral AH trading.
