Unable to chat

Hello guys, for some reason I cannot speak in Say chat or the General chat but i am able to speak in whispers is there any way to fix this?

If you are under lvl 15 you are heavily restricted in using public chats and it's recommended that you don't use these chats at all until you reach lvl 15 as you can easy get auto-banned by mistake.

If you are over lvl 15 you could try and /leave general and then /join general and this will usually solve it when you can't use a chat.
