Have 26074min fatigue times... Need help plz

As i entitled, my girlfriend did not play her account quite a while, and today when she entered in, she has 26074 min fatigue time. I mean is that a bug? Because she can not do anything right now, withou 75percent health and mana so on, she can not beat any monsters that close to her level.... Therefore can we have some helps? I also posted a picture that shows her amazing fatigue time.

Edit: You can try and die on the chracter and then spirit ress at the graveyard. This may clear the debuff and is faster than geting help from GM.

This is a bug and you need to contact a Game Master in-game for help with this.

You/she need to be online when they fix this so if you play alts, write their name in the ticket so the GM can contact you when you are online.



How to contact Game Master on Nostalrius:
1. Click the red question-mark "?".
2. Click button "Issues that GMs can assist with".
3. Choose "STUCK" (Yes, even if you are not stuck, choose this for ALL issues on Nostalrius).
4. Click "Still not working, Page a GM".
5. Write ticket. Attach as much information and evidence as possible.

This is how you contact Game Master on Nostalrius. You will make a ticket for "Stuck" even if you are not stuck. This is how it works on Nostalrius and is the correct way of doing it here!
