I've gotten these for quite some time and have had several different attempts to fix it. I was wondering if anyone could possibly assist me?

Doing a quick look on your error and dlls loaded, I see you weren't full on ram, you have a quad core processor, and an nVidia video card. error 132 is pretty much Windows going "I don't know what happened, man."

Make sure your video drivers are up to date.

Error 132 is a generic error code that may be caused by out-of-date addons, corrupted files, incompatible drivers, or hardware issues. The steps below address the most common causes.

If you got a new video card and it isn't seated all the way, or ram isn't it would cause this as well, as this is a universal error for anything going wrong.

Edit: Also a failing HDD can cause this issue. The average life span of a hard disk drive is 3-5 years, 10% failure rate within 6 months and 15% can last up to 10 years.
