Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So im having a issue with my mouse cursor that makes it jump to the middle of the screen, this issue occurs when im clicking and moving the mouse at the same time and it causes the cursor the jump to the center of the screen.
This issue disappears if i disable hardware cursor but if i disable hardware cursor it feels like im dragging the mouse through liquid and its slow to respond and just inaccurate, is there anyway to fix this issue without having to disable hardware cursor?

Does no one know how to solve this issue?
