Gol'Dir quest bugged

I have the key and everything in my quest log it says (Complete) but when i go to turn it in the guy doesnt even have a yellow question mark over his head and theres no way to turn it in

this quest should be turn in to "Gol'Dir" himself,just he's get killed by a stealth mob everytime he respawn,it's shouldn't be like this.
