Try following a leveling guide. 1-60 in 4 days non rested exp SOLO. It's not cheating, its taking advantage of where you need to go and quests you can pick up along the way. Now if hes botting that's a different story.

Secondly what is this BUG you are referring to? Power leveling?

And last but not least, how do you know hes sharing his account?
